2025 McKinstry Heavy Metal Summer Experience (HMSE)

The McKinstry Heavy Metal Summer Experience (HMSE) is a FREE 5-week program exclusively for Highline Public Schools students. During the HMSE program, students are introduced to career pathways in the skilled construction trades through hands-on learning, job site visits, and professional network building. No experience needed—just a willingness to learn.

Location: McKinstry Fabrication Shop – 5005 3rd Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134

Program Dates: June 26 – July 31, 2025

Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays | 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM
