Executive Director

The Executive Director provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Heavy Metal Summer Experience (HMSE). Reporting directly to the President of the Board and accountable to the entire Board of Directors, this role ensures programmatic growth, financial sustainability, and strong industry partnerships to drive ongoing success in introducing students to careers in the trades. This is an independent contractor position—not an employee role—and does not include benefits or health coverage.
